Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MonolithXR handles information when you use the MonolithXR Android application and related services.

Information used by the app

The app lets you enter an experience or project code. That code is sent to our service to locate and deliver the requested 3D experience. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical request information, such as an IP address, request time, and network or device information, to deliver and secure the service.

Diagnostics

MonolithXR uses Unity Engine Diagnostics to understand app reliability and performance. This service may collect a device or installation identifier, crash logs, app diagnostics, and other app performance information. This information is required for diagnostics, is encrypted in transit, is used only for analytics and reliability, and is not used for advertising or shared for third-party marketing.

Camera access

MonolithXR requests camera access only when you use augmented reality features. Camera images are processed on your device to place 3D content in your surroundings. MonolithXR does not store, upload, or share those camera images.

Local storage

The app stores downloaded experience files and viewing state on your device so experiences can load efficiently. You can remove this local information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Sharing and advertising

MonolithXR does not sell personal information, show advertising, or use information for cross-app tracking. Information is processed only by MonolithXR and service providers acting on our behalf to host, deliver, and secure the service.

Security, retention, and deletion

Network requests are protected in transit using HTTPS. Operational records are retained only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information associated with your use of the service, contact us at monolithxr@gmail.com.

Children

MonolithXR is intended for professional property presentations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
